Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years' experience in full life cycle development of embedded electronics for safety-critical systems.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experienceResponsibilities:Lead and mentor electrical engineering teams
Oversee design, analysis, testing, and validation of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with aerospace and military standards.
Collaborate with cross functional teams and engage with customers and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve program objectives efficiently.
