The ideal candidate isn't just focused on deep cleaning, but on "staging" the home to ensure it is always tidy, comfortable, and welcoming. Primary Responsibilities Daily Tidying & Maintenance Home Staging: Keeping common areas "guest-ready" by fluffing pillows, clearing clutter, and organizing surfaces. Kitchen Care: Loading/unloading the dishwasher and maintaining a spotless kitchen environment. Bed & Bath: Daily bed-making and ensuring towels are neatly hung and refreshed. Floor Care: Regular vacuuming of carpets/rugs and mopping hardwood or tile floors with appropriate care. Laundry & Deep Cleaning Full Cycle Laundry: Managing washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes. Linen Management: Changing bed linens and towels on a consistent weekly schedule.
