- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Planning and organizing industry events where SECURE is the host or an exhibitor, including trade shows, workshops, and summits.
- Compose and distribute customer communications.
- Ensure the accuracy of sales-related material.
- Support the sales team in assembling responses to RFPs, reviewing/renewing contracts, and other forms of written sales submissions.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Undertake market, geographic, and competitor analysis for existing service lines.
- Ensure leads and other inquiries received through SECURE’s general email, get distributed to the proper sales rep or business unit.
- Ensure adherence to policies.
- Other duties and project-based work, as required.
- Promotional Products
- Provide support companywide for promo products, this includes sourcing, purchasing, distribution as well as PO creation/receiving. Ensure that all products meet SECURE’s brand guidelines.
- Events/Conferences/Trade Shows
- Planning and coordination of client events.
- Coordination of trade shows and industry events.
- Planning internal conferences and training for sales staff.
- Marketing Collateral/Sales Knowledge Point
- Maintain and update the Sales KP site when necessary.
- Ensure the proper access is given to employees.
- Provide updated information to Communications for the marketing collateral.
- Assist in creating new material as needed by the sales group.
- Reporting
- Reporting on sales initiatives and customer engagement including dashboard creation & maintenance, adhoc reports, scheduled reporting.
- Reporting reports on relevant ESG metrics for clients or internal use.
- Creation & maintenance of other data, regular reporting or adhoc
- Financial
- Creation of requisitions, purchase orders and receipts.
- Completing cheque requests for sales groups.
- 2-5 years of administration and support experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered an asset.
- High proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with a Sales based CRM is an asset.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- High standards of discretion, ethics, and confidentiality to handle sensitive corporate and personal information and matters.
- Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.
- An understanding of the principles, methods, and strategies used for promoting and selling services would be considered an asset.
