- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other teams to gather business requirements and assist in translating them into technical specifications.
- Support the implementation of marketing technology projects for our clients, including software integrations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing technology platforms, helping to resolve issues or bugs as they arise.
- Keep informed about industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and share relevant insights with the team.

- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field
- 1 to 2 years of experience (including internships) in a similar position. Previous consulting experience is an asset.
- Technical and functional background and experience working with marketing technology platforms such as Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Marketing Resource Management (MRM), Loyalty Platforms or related tools.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to support multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail to support data analysis and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Experience developing materials for proposals is an asset (e.g., RFP, RFI, Vendor of Records).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of marketing strategies and tactics, and how marketing technology can support these efforts.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is an asset and preferred.
