This role is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the daily breakfast service while ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area for guests.ResponsibilitiesSet up and prepare the breakfast area before serviceReplenish food, beverages, and supplies during service hoursEnsure food presentation and quality standards are maintainedMaintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, kitchen space, and dining areaGreet guests and provide friendly, helpful serviceMonitor inventory and report supply needsFollow all food safety and hygiene standardsBreak down and clean the area after breakfast serviceRequirementsPrevious experience in hospitality or food service is an assetStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidaysAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyReliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitudeQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredFood Handler certification is an asset but not requiredWhat We OfferStable part-time/full-time opportunityFriendly and supportive team environmentGrowth opportunities within the hotel
