Responsibilities

Manage a book of business in personal and commercial insurance for Mandarin and Cantonese speaking clients
Deliver exceptional service, guidance, and relationship management to clients in their native language
Facilitate a smooth handover as the current account manager approaches retirement, ensuring client retention and satisfaction
Develop tailored insurance solutions based on client needs and current market offerings
Work collaboratively with team members to identify growth opportunities within your book of business

Qualifications

Valid Level 2 insurance license in Alberta
Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin with excellent communication skills
Experience managing personal and commercial insurance lines
Strong relationship-building skills and client-focused mindset
Self-motivated with organizational and multitasking abilities
Previous remote work experience is a plus
