- Commercial and Industrial HVAC sales and Project Management
- Analyze customer design proposals and specifications for cost estimates
- Managing the preparation of estimates for design-build and time and material projects
- Lead a team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables
- Manage a team to ensure cost effective, safe, and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed client expectations
- Manage project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, documentation, and other factors necessary for success
- Work with clients to sell and deliver the end project
- Maintain and grow current business and client relationships
- Provide mentoring to technical staff, assigning duties as required
- Maintain project schedules and project cost summaries to track work progress, budget status, and manpower resource utilization
- 3-5 years of previous estimating experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Require experience and understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems
- Journeyman Trade experience within plumber/gas fitter/refrigeration trades
- Knowledge of building codes and standards
