This role requires a blend of product management expertise and a strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies.You will be responsible for aligning AI initiatives with business goals, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring that products deliver measurable value.   • Strategy & Vision: Define the roadmap and long-term strategy for AI-driven products aligned with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to translate user needs into AI product requirements.
  • AI Fluency: Guide teams on how AI models are trained, tested, deployed, and monitored, ensuring successful delivery and performance.
  • Product Development: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI products, from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.
  • Communication: Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ethical Oversight: Ensure AI products are developed responsibly, with attention to bias mitigation, fairness, and data privacy.
  • Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of AI-enabled products post-launch.

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Product Management, or an MBA
  • Proven experience in product management, ideally with exposure to AI, data science, or emerging technologies.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to interpret model performance, business metrics, and user feedback.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, including model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Understanding of tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Background in computer science, engineering, business, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Awareness of ethical AI practices, including bias reduction, transparency, and privacy.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
