
Security Scheduler

- Receive and record book on, off and check in calls from multiple areas
- Ensure that all vacancies created by absences of any sort are filled with the most competent and acceptable replacements
- Support Hamilton region escalating afterhours emergencies to respected Account Managers
- Ensure that data related to employee lateness, illness, absence is entered into our software
- Mitigate OT costs
- Call monitor via Gtrack ensure all guards have successfully made there on/off calls
- Receive client requests and schedule shifts for guards as necessary
- Respond to staff and client inquiries regarding schedules
- Prepare reports at the end of every shift documenting the events over the shift
- Ongoing training and development available

- Prior security experience is desirable but not necessary
