--What will your typical day look like?Join a collaborative team that helps CFOs and Finance leaders modernize how Finance creates value for their business. You will diagnose Finance issues, develop strategic roadmaps, design target state processes, implement enabling technologies (ERP/EPM, Process Automation, Agentic AI), and stand-up operating models that elevate Finance from a “back office” function to a strategic partner across their organization. Your work will translate strategy into measurable performance—faster closes, better insights, stronger controls, and a clear case for value.This role requires strong fundamentals and ability to deliver outcomes:Initial Discovery and Solution Design: Work with teams during pre-contract discovery with clients to transform ambiguous business needs into actionable requirements that guide both sales commitments and engineering delivery.Execution Excellence: Own end-to-end execution of projects, establishing governance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving on-time, high-quality delivery. Act as a primary contact with clients, managing expectations and escalations as needed.Technical Know-How: Bring lived experience working with Finance functions to shape delivery models, automate processes, and implement enterprise software solutions including ERP/EPM.About the teamOur team is dedicated to understanding the challenges businesses face today.   • Experience in leading engaging workshops to help clients uncover issues, define initiatives and develop roadmap including effort and business case that address client issues
  • Domain expertise in finance disciplines – Controllership, FPA, Reporting
  • Strong command of finance data including data models and hierarchies that enable business reporting and analytics
  • Knowledgeable of Finance trends and CFO hot topics and technologies
  • Clear, confident communicator at both executive and technical levels
  • Experience operating effectively with teams and large organizations
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects successfully
  • Hands on experience and/or familiarity with enterprise software solutions such as ERP (e.g. Oracle), EPM (e.g. Anaplan, OneStream), RPA (e.g. Blue Prism)
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in either Consulting, Finance, and/or delivering projects
  • Strong domain expertise in Finance disciplines, specifically Controllership, FPA and Reporting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a proven record of impactful stakeholder management
  • Energized by achieving goals in a collaborative environment, and mentoring team members to their highest potential
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
