- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information on existing business processes and define proposed business process enhancements
- Analyze and understand complex business processes, workflows, and procedures.
- Write clear and comprehensive business process documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and procedural documents.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects current and proposed business practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate changes as needed.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in business process documentation and technical writing
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Certification in business process mapping / management is preferred.
