Adecco, in partnership with Consolidated Office Installation Services (COIS), is currently hiring full-time motivated and experienced Office Furniture Installers in Ottawa, ON. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on installation experience, strong practical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in corporate and institutional environments.Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour (based on experience)Location: Ottawa, ONJob type: Permanent | Full-timeVacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.What COIS OffersCompany-paid health and dental benefitsEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid travel time and reimbursement for reasonable work-related expensesTool purchase programTraining in additional furniture systemsResponsibilities:Assemble and install office systems furniture, including desks, panels, filing systems, shelving, and modular units.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and product specifications to ensure accurate installation.Safely load and unload trucks with furniture, equipment, and installation materials.Provide clear, professional communication when working with team members, supervisors, and clients.Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently during all assembly and installation tasks.Perform service and repair assessments on installed furniture systems.Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and quality standards.Work independently with minimal supervision when required.Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Participate in continuous learning and skill development to stay current with installation methods and product updates.Qualifications and Skills:Experience with office systems furniture assembly and installationAbility to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and product specificationsAbility to safely load and unload trucks with furniture, supplies, and equipmentStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a teamSafe and proficient use of hand and power toolsAbility to perform service and repair assessmentsAdherence to all safety protocols and quality standardsAbility to work with minimal supervisionStrong performance in a fast-paced environmentOpenness to continuous learning and skill developmentRequired: personal tools and appropriate safety gear (hard hat, safety boots)Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaAre you interested in this position?
