- Lead business requirement workshops for any new project involving warranty processes or scope additions to an ongoing project.
- Draft business requirement documents and functional specifications, and ensure rigorous monitoring throughout program development and business requirement documentation.
- Oversee testing phases (functional, integrated and acceptance), draw up test plans and lead workshops to define test scenarios with business stakeholders, monitor identified issues and guarantee traceability of changes through production release.
- Serve as the primary link between business teams and the technical partner to facilitate understanding of requirements and the implementation of solutions tailored to the company's needs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's business processes and IT systems to maximize the impact of deployed solutions. Ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders and our technical partner, maintaining clear and continuous communication.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital environment.
- Solid experience in leading business requirements and impact analysis workshops, and in writing business and functional documentation (Business Requirement Document, business process documentation, functional specifications, etc.).
- An excellent command of English (the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or unilingual English speakers on a daily basis).
- Demonstrated creativity in proposing innovative solutions to complex problems and optimizing business processes in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
- A strong integration and end-to-end mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions and propose solutions dynamically through clear and effective communication.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technological solutions for our technical partner and ensure a mutual understanding of business needs.
