
Sales Incentive Specialist

- Review and interpret OEM and internal incentive program requirements, turning them into clear, easy-to-follow guidelines for sales and settlements teams.
- Maintain accurate program records and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Support deal processing by providing clear instructions on program use, fund tracking, and documentation requirements.
- Work closely with accounting teams to answer questions, ensure correct fund allocation, reconcile amounts, and maintain audit-ready records.
- Produce regular reports on program performance, including spend, usage, and available funds.
- Prepare and distribute concise program bulletins and updates.
- Keep internal sales tools updated with current program and incentive details to ensure accurate quoting and invoicing.
- Assist with special projects, reporting, and presentations for management as needed.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and clearly explain sales and incentive requirements.
- Basic accounting knowledge, including fund tracking and reconciliations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new business systems.
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales administration, contract processing, or accounting support (dealership experience an asset).
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the agricultural, heavy equipment, or automotive industries is considered an asset.
