- Provide backup front desk reception coverage, including greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, and taking accurate messages during lunches, breaks, vacations, and peak periods.
- Respond to email inquiries and liaise with internal departments as required.
- Support mailroom operations, including filing, receiving, opening, sorting, scanning, labeling, and distributing mail and packages.
- Coordinate courier requests.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, collating, printing, and binding.
- Assist with sanitizing shared office equipment (e.g., printers and photocopiers) as part of team responsibilities.
- Complete various administrative duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of corporate reception experience, including providing front desk coverage (required).
- Comfortable acting as the first point of contact in a professional corporate setting.
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
- Mailroom or facilities coordination experience is an asset but not required.
- Professional, personable, and customer-service oriented.
- Organized, reliable, proactive, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in a large corporate office environment is an asset.
