POSITION OVERVIEW:Kevin D'Souza Insurance Agency is seeking a Life, Home and Auto Insurance Salesperson who is a motivated, sales-oriented individual wanting to create a highly profitable insurance career. You'll be promoting Life, Home and Auto Insurance products while educating our clients.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and everyday
  • Work to achieve sales goal, each and every day!
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • OTL General License OR RIBO Required
  • LLQP License preferred/Ability to obtain
  • Bilingual – Hindi, Urdu or Punjabi (oral) and English (oral and written)
  • Two years related work or sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing ) preferred
  • People-oriented, self-motivated and well-organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
BENEFITS:
  • Salary plus commission/bonus ($45K to $55K)
  • Steady work week – Mon to Fri (9:30am to 5:30pm) – No shift work
