You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll lead efforts to ensure the delivery of high-integrity software that meets stringent industry standards, making a significant impact on the quality and compliance of railway systems. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with engineering teams, project management, and internal stakeholders, as well as guide and mentor a team of software quality engineers, and much more.You'll specifically take care of defining and maintaining the software quality strategy aligned with regulatory and business objectives, but also developing and enforcing software quality processes in compliance with industry standards.We'll look to you for:Defining and maintaining the software quality strategy to align with regulatory and business objectivesEstablishing quality KPIs, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to drive continuous improvementDriving a culture of quality and compliance across engineering teamsProviding quality input to bids, proposals, and project planningLeading, mentoring, and developing a team of software quality engineersIdentifying quality risks early in the development lifecycle and ensuring mitigation strategies are in placeAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
