Could It Be You?As a Product Lead for Daily Banking, you will define and drive the strategic direction of digital product development. You will collaborate with the Head of Product to create an innovative and seamless banking experience that meets customer needs, empowers team performance, and achieves significant business growth. You will be accountable for the successful execution of strategies and feature definition throughout the entire product lifecycle.The Product Lead for Daily Banking is responsible for leading the development and delivery of digital products and experiences. In partnership with the Journey Leader, you will cultivate a customer-centric banking environment by:Strategic Leadership: Driving the strategic vision and execution for digital products within Daily Banking.Customer Focus: Ensuring that product development aligns with customer needs and expectations, creating a seamless and innovative banking experience.Business Acumen: Developing business cases, managing planning processes, and ensuring alignment with key business outcomes and objectives.Stakeholder Engagement: Partnering with the Journey Leader and other stakeholders to drive product success.Product Development: Leading the full lifecycle of digital product development, from ideation and planning to launch and ongoing optimization.Team Management: Overseeing and developing high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.This role demands a deep understanding of digital financial services, exceptional leadership abilities, and a relentless focus on achieving measurable business results.Need more details? Keep reading…In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:Strategy & Planning: Develop and refine the business strategy and digital product roadmap, leveraging data to prioritize and justify product capabilities and align with business objectives.Product Ownership: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and planning to launch, ensuring delivery of value to customers and the business.Business Casing & Prioritization: Support in crafting solutions and developing business cases to champion their importance across teams.Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing squads focused on customer acquisition, onboarding, and servicing. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and customer-centricity.Performance Management: Set clear performance goals, provide coaching and development opportunities, and elevate team performance.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and present regular updates to executive leadership.Customer Research: Engage directly with customers to uncover problems, identify needs, and validate solutions.P&L Management: Partner with the Head of Product on P&L management for run and change activities, setting targets and ensuring financial goals are met.Outcome Ownership: Own key business outcomes and communicate progress and results to program leadershipSo are YOU our next Product Lead, Daily Banking? You are if you…Are a thought leader with 5+ years Fin-Tech experience leading digital product management portfolios with a specialty in daily banking, credit cards or lendingHave expertise with digital financial services and P&L management (required)Education: MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)Are an exceptional communicator - verbal and written, across all levels including management.Have the ability to motivate, drive change and challenge the status quo, deal with ambiguity and make informed recommendations.Are an exceptional relationship builder and collaborator.Have strong financial acumen and ability to lead from strategy to implementation.
