- Define and execute an awareness strategy for Cytiva’s lipid formulation services targeting early‑stage biotechs and advanced therapy developers—prioritize segments, craft value propositions, develop positioning and select the most effective channels to reach potential customers.
- Build education‑led demand through programs such as webinars, workshops, user‑group events, and thought‑leadership content (e.g., case studies and technical talks). Track reach and engagement to show growth in awareness and qualified interest.
- Lead integrated, omni‑channel campaigns—website pages, email nurtures, targeted outreach, and account‑based marketing (ABM)—and align closely with Commercial and Field Marketing teams to convert interest into discovery calls.
- Activate ecosystem partnerships (e.g., cross-business unit and cross OpCo) to amplify reach through joint marketing efforts and conferences.
- Capture voice‑of‑customer and continuously improve through customer insights and data analysis to update marketing efforts accordingly. Establish clear KPIs (awareness, engagement, qualified conversations) and apply Danaher Business System methods to optimize.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (marketing or business).
- 5+ years in marketing or product management within life sciences/biopharma tools/CDMO services.
- Demonstrated product/services launch success (end‑to‑end launch ownership with measurable outcomes).
- Proven experience owning a portfolio revenue target and driving growth through campaigns and GTM execution.
- Budget management experience aligned to organizational goals (planning, tracking, optimization).
- Ability to travel: 8-10% (customer visits, internal meetings, key conferences)
- Experience working within a CDMO (marketing technical services), biopharma or a life sciences company with a focus on advanced therapies (e.g. CGT, mRNA) or bioprocessing.
- Experience collaborating with global colleagues across multiple geographies/time zones.
- Proficiency with martech/CRM (e.g., campaign automation, pipeline analytics) and ABM strategies (industry‑standard tools).
