The company employs more than 70 team members and is known for strong operational support, long-term customer relationships, and consistent service quality.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Residential HVAC Sales Representative for a growing residential division in the Gatineau–Ottawa market.This is a field-based role for an experienced HVAC salesperson who is comfortable selling directly to homeowners, conducting in-home consultations, and closing residential HVAC projects. This role is not entry-level and requires proven, hands-on HVAC sales experience.What You’ll DoProspect and develop new residential HVAC clients within a 2-hour radius of the Gatineau–Ottawa regionConduct in-home consultations, site visits, and follow-ups with homeownersSell residential HVAC systems and related services including air duct cleaning, insulation, mold remediation, and complementary home servicesBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customersManage your sales pipeline using CRM tools (Pipedrive and ServiceMonster)Work closely with operations and leadership to align sales activity with service delivery and performance targetsWhat We’re Looking ForMust-have:Proven experience selling HVAC systems (residential or commercial)Bilingual in French and EnglishValid driver’s license and reliable vehicleComfortable with in-home sales, outbound prospecting, and closing dealsStrong organizational skills and experience using CRM toolsSelf-driven, autonomous, and results-orientedNice to have:Existing residential HVAC client base or referral network in the Gatineau–Ottawa areaTrack record of exceeding sales targets in residential HVAC salesExperience selling additional home services alongside HVACPreference will be given to candidates currently selling HVAC systems in the Gatineau or Ottawa market.What the Client OffersBase salary between $70,000 and $90,000Monthly gas allowanceUncapped commission once targets are achievedBenefits package including health, dental, vision, and massage therapy coverage (70–80%)Structured on boarding and hands-on trainingLong-term growth opportunities as the residential sales team expandsWhy This Role Stands OutThis is an opportunity for an experienced HVAC salesperson to take ownership of a defined territory with the support of a well-established operation.
