We deploy edge and cloud solutions that make intersections and highways safer and smarter.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to own and elevate the user experience across our dashboards, internal tools, and traffic safety platforms. This role goes beyond visual design, you’ll take ownership of complex product areas, shape user experiences end to end, create and help maintain a design system and turn ambiguity into clear, usable solutions.You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to design experiences that simplify complex data and workflows while staying practical to build and scale.Key Responsibilities:
  • Own design for key product areas from problem definition to shipped outcomes (user flows, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specs)
  • Lead discovery efforts including user interviews, workflow mapping, and usability testing, and translate insights into product direction
  • Design intuitive experiences for complex, data-heavy systems such as dashboards, configuration tools, and operational workflows
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to balance user needs, technical constraints, and delivery timelines
  • Use user research, usability findings, and analytics tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, or Hotjar to improve and iterate on designs
  • Continuously improve shipped features using user feedback, support insights, and product data
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or other complex product environments
  • Strong portfolio showing real shipped work across complex workflows, dashboards, or data-heavy systems
  • Proven strength in UX thinking, not only visual design
  • Experience simplifying complex data and workflows into intuitive product experiences
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, especially Product and Engineering
  • Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting ideas and explaining design decisions clearly
  • Self-starter who is comfortable in fast-moving, evolving product environments
