Our company’s success is driven by our dynamic, highly-skilled and innovative management team, supported by dedicated employees who live in coastal communities and contribute to the local area’s economy and sense of community.The RoleAs a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Production Optimization Manager to our team of professionals. This is a Monday to Friday day shift position. Reporting to the VP of Processing, the successful candidate will:

Provide coaching, guidance, leadership and direction for a enhanced operational/production staff.
Daily Measure of KPI's.
Recognize opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and increased productivity.
Ability to create and implement internal improvement projects.
Be able to exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met.
Have excellent people management and communication skills to foster effective staff and organizational relationships.
Possess a high attention to detail and quality, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to meet cost and schedule requirements.
Will be required to work some weekends, and be on call.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a deadline driven, fast paced environment and should possess a minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience completed by above average computer skills.
