Must have strong communication skills and the ability to manage priorities.
Proven expertise in product introduction and change management within EMS or electronics OEMs.OVERVIEW:Primary point of contact for customer programs by managing cross-functional teams, aligning deliverables with client and business needs, and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
Drive program performance through regular reviews, issue resolution, risk management, and strategic actions to maintain profitability, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, leading pricing negotiations, and applying P&L knowledge, cost structure analysis, and contract awareness.
