- Provide internal technical support to employees across multiple time zones, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and basic data-related issues
- Own and maintain cloud services used by Clir employees, including user management, access control, system health, enforcement of security best practices, and support ad hoc cybersecurity work (e.g., SOC 2 evidence collection, incident triage, and investigations)
- Provision and de-provision user accounts, devices, and system access, including coordinating device logistics (shipping, pickups, and repairs)
- Maintain and improve technical documentation, including processes, systems, support procedures, and data handling standards
- Support ad hoc data and dataset-related work, including data access requests, basic validation and quality checks, report support, and collaboration with other teams on Clir platform datasets
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting concepts
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or Google Workspace
- Experience with identity and access management tools (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta)
- Experience with networking concepts and tools (VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
- Familiarity with endpoint management and device provisioning (e.g., Intune, Jamf)
- Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical experience
