- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial construction clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- Lead the renewal process including marketing, negotiating, and placement of risks
- Analyze coverage needs and provide strategic recommendations
- Prepare client documentation including proposals, summaries, and policy reviews
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across all client files
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Level 2 General Insurance License (required)
- 5+ years of Commercial Account Management experience
- Experience supporting construction-focused accounts is a strong asset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, self-driven, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and brokerage systems
