- Full registration and good standing as a regulated health professional with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of progressive clinical experience, with demonstrated leadership skills within a healthcare or clinical setting.
- A proven ability to inspire and develop teams, drive operational efficiency, and foster a patient-centric culture.
