Just last year, Vista generated $1.508B in revenue through customized print products, signage, apparel, websites and morePosition SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer/Planner to manage and optimize the inbound planning of raw materials to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the timely delivery of raw materials and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to meet customer demands. This role requires an understanding of supply chain operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to address and resolve any issues related to inbound material flowWhat You Will Do:Responsible for purchasing raw materials and supplies for use in production. This includes prompt, accurate entry of purchase orders, active supplier management & coordination with Logistics.Ensure order and supply levels are properly maintained for all required materials to maintain inventory levels within control zonesEnsure materials are 100% available for production. This includes forecasting inventory levels and working with suppliers to expedite or delay deliveries to optimize on-time material replenishment.Ensure SAP ERP system is up to date and reflects current delivery and quantity releasesIndependently perform marketing forecast evaluation/analysis in comparison with actual material consumption. Support inventory management and planning activities remotely for multiple Vistaprint facilities.Possesses a broad knowledge of business practices which facilitates effective interactions with global marketing, operations, global / regional purchasing, accounts payable and finance.Coordinate and Plan daily inventory deliveries from 3PL warehouse.Support and implement Supply Chain best practices and efficiency improvementsOther duties will be assigned as required by supervisor and may vary depending on employee experience as well as production seasonalitWhat You Need:Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.1-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.Proficient in Microsoft & Google Suite (Excel, Gmail, Google Sheets).Experience with supply chain software (e.g., SAP or similar ERP systems) is considered an asset.High level of attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and issue resolution.Ability to travel to vendor sites or other Cimpress/Vistaprint locations if required.Ability to work independently with little or no supervision for extended periods of timeOur TeamVista is the industry leader in personalized physical and digital products. Compensation:Canada Target Hiring Range: $64,000.00 - $88,000.00 Per YearVista is committed to transparent and competitive compensation. In alignment with our compensation philosophy, the target hiring range is based on total cash compensation. The actual salary offered will depend on factors such as education, training, and experience. Vista offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, wealth and wellness programs, as well as long-term equity incentives, subject to eligibility.#LI-MB2
