- Designing and implementing Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift platforms across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments
- Collaborating with application teams to containerize workloads and enable CI/CD pipelines
- Automating infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps practices
- Supporting platform security, compliance, and reliability through best‑practice configuration and monitoring
- Troubleshooting complex platform issues related to networking, storage, scaling, and performance
- Contributing to architecture decisions and guiding clients through cloud‑native transformation journeys
- Producing clear technical documentation and communicating solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Staying current on emerging cloud-native technologies and sharing knowledge across engagement teams
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and/or Red Hat OpenShift in production environments
- Experience deploying and operating container platforms in AWS, Azure, GCP, or on‑prem ecosystems
- Solid understanding of Linux, networking fundamentals, and container runtimes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and Git‑based workflows
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, or equivalent)
- Exposure to monitoring, logging, and security tools within Kubernetes ecosystems
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
