With almost $ 1 billion in assets under management and 150+ staff province-wide, Primex is a leader in the development and operation of multi-family residential rental housing in BC.We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales and Marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing marketing campaigns and serve as a key administrative support resource. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, is an excellent communicator, and enjoys balancing creative tasks with administrative coordination.Application note: When submitting your application, please include the word organized somewhere in the file name of your resume.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day marketing and leasing program support, with a primary focus on the existing residential portfolio:Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiativesRegularly audit advertising materials and templates to ensure accuracyAssist with updating advertisements, marketing materials, and generating reportsMonitor incoming leads to maintain data accuracy and support effective follow-upSupport with website updates, email marketing campaigns, social media, and event coordinationAssist with signage design coordination, installation, and required updatesCoordinate printing and delivery of marketing materials to supply and maintain on-site inventoryAssist with market research to identify market trends and competitor behaviourAttend site visits as neededProvide day-to-day marketing administrative support:Manage meeting coordination; schedule meetings, prepare agendas and reports, organize materials, and record & distribute meeting minutesMaintain organized and accurate marketing files, documents, databases, and task management updatesProvide support for proofreading, invoicing, expense reports, and team travel logistics as requiredRequired Skillsets:Strong organization and time management skillsClose attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlinesEducation and Experience:1-3 years of education and/or experience in marketing, administration, or coordination rolesWhat We Offer:Join a team where your work truly matters.
