  • Proactively identify, develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate leads and drive new business
  • Build and nurture strong multi-threaded relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and challenges
  • Thoroughly understand our product and able to effectively position and communicate value-driven solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities with existing customers
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team and across departments to strategically approach prospects and secure deals, leveraging collective expertise
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings and market positioning, forecast sales targets and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Align sales strategies with overall business objectives, collaborating with various departments
  • Act as a key ambassador for ODAIA, participate in industry events and conferences, increase brand and product awareness, delivering compelling presentations and closing deals with potential US clients
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Successful B2B Enterprise SaaS software sales Sales Executive, with a strong established network in the US Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry
  • Ability to navigate and move forward complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrated curious self-learner, hard worker and team player, continually striving to improve product knowledge and insights and refine skills and sales strategies
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and customer growth and expansion in a startup environment
  • Proven successful experience prospecting, generating leads, building relationships and closing deals using a multi-threaded approach
  • Reputation for integrity and trustworthiness
  • Able to successfully adapt and perform in an agile startup organization
  • Understanding of Ideal Customer Profile assessment and lead prioritization strategies
  • Solid understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences business environment, marketing strategies and various buyer personas
