Business development & direct sales· Define and execute Public and Defense strategy in the Canada market.· Identify, qualify and convert opportunities with large accounts and mid-sized companies.· Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, value proposition, negotiation, closing and expansion.· Building and maintaining a qualified pipeline (complex deals, long cycles).Customer relations & sales of complex solutions· Engage with C-level stakeholders, innovation, data, IT and business management.· Understanding the business challenges (ROI, performance, compliance, sovereignty, inference costs).· Position the CompactifAI and Singularity solutions as strategic levers.· Participate in key meetings in a trusted advisor role.Go to Market & cross-functional coordination· Contribute to the GTM sectoral strategy for Public Sector and Defense· Collaborating with pre-sales teams to define POCs, demonstrations and offers.· Gather customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.· Representing Multiverse at industry events (finance, insurance, AI).Desired ProfileExperience & Expertise· 5-10 years of experience in complex B2B sales (SaaS, AI, data, cloud, Enterprise software).· Proven experience and an established network within the Public and Defense sectors.· History of closing structuring deals (ideally > €300k to several million euros).· Experience working with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.Key skills· Strong ability to sell high value-added technological solutions.· Understanding of AI, LLM, optimization, infrastructure or data issues (without being an engineer).· Excellent negotiation skills, ability to structure offers and manage deals.· Autonomy, rigor and entrepreneurial spirit.Languages· Professional English requiredLocation· Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.What we offer· Work at the forefront of AI, quantum computing and deep-tech innovation.· Signing bonus and competitive commission.· Shape transformative enterprise AI initiatives with global impact.· Join a highly international, collaborative and rapidly growing team.· Contribute directly to cutting-edge technologies that have a tangible impact on business.As an equal opportunity employer, Multiverse Computing is committed to building an inclusive workplace.
