The Opportunity:Under Sunwing Vacations, we are looking for a Creative Multimedia Designer to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Creative Multimedia Designer, you will bring brands to life through compelling motion, video, and digital storytelling. This multifaceted role combines expertise in motion design, video production, and editing to create engaging content across all platforms while maintaining brand excellence and innovation in visual storytelling.The position reports to the Creative Brand Manager and will be located in Toronto, ON.What You’ll Do:

Create sophisticated motion graphics and animations
Develop dynamic brand elements for digital platforms
Design engaging social media content
Ensure motion consistency across brand touchpoints
Innovate visual storytelling through animation
Plan and execute video shoots
Direct filming sessions for various content needs
Edit footage to create compelling narratives
Color grade and finish video content
Manage audio integration and sound design
Conceptualize storyboards and shot lists
Develop creative treatments for video content
Contribute to brainstorming sessions
Present creative concepts to the team
Transform briefs into visual narratives
Master Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Maintain high production standards
Ensure optimal output for various platforms
Manage project file organization
Execute advanced post-production techniques
Partner with pod teams on integrated campaigns
Work closely with writers for content alignment
Support brand managers with multimedia needs
Coordinate with external vendors when needed
Contribute to creative process improvements
Handle multiple projects simultaneously
Meet production deadlines consistently
Manage content versions and iterations
Document technical specifications
Maintain organized asset libraries

What You’ll Need:

Expert in Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
Strong motion design principles
Video production expertise
Understanding of cinematography
Sound design knowledge
Project management capabilities
