Adecco is currently hiring a full-time friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Automotive Service Attendant to join our client's dynamic team in Toronto, ON In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers arriving for service, assist with vehicle check-ins, maintain lot organization, and support parts handling and delivery. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the automotive industry, customer service, and operational excellence.Pay Rate: $Location: Toronto, ONShift: Day shifts | Monday-Friday | Occasional SaturdaysJob type: Temporary | Full-time | 1-year contract with possibility of extensionVacancy Status: This posting is for multiple existing vacancies.Responsibilities:Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and ensure a welcoming experienceVehicle Check-In: Receive and inspect vehicles for damage, verify condition, and record customer concernsLot Organization: Park vehicles in an orderly manner, maintain cleanliness, and ensure security of vehicle keysOrder & Inventory Support: Assist with parts receiving, allocation, and delivery to technicians; maintain organized stockDocumentation: Enter order details into ERP systems (SAP or similar) and prepare internal work ordersVehicle Preparation: Support vehicle delivery processes, including fueling and cleaning demo/showroom vehiclesCompliance: Follow all safety protocols and company standardsOther Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support service operationsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience in automotive service, parts handling, or industrial supply sectorValid Ontario G Driver's License (minimum 3 years) with a clean driving abstractAbility to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehiclesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer proficiency (email, order entry, inventory systems)H2S Alive and Standard First Aid certifications considered an assetMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaHere's why you should apply:Weekly pay with 4% vacation payMedical and dental benefits once qualifiedFree training programs and career development opportunitiesSupportive team environment with a focus on safety and qualityAre you interested in this position?
