- Supporting the coordination of eHealth Office programs and services as well as ongoing program development and measurable evaluation
- Drafting and managing program management artifacts, such as status reports, action items, test management plans and scripts, issue and risk logs, and decision reporting
-- Developing business cases, proposals, options papers, briefing notes and other program communications as required and maintaining resource materials
- Coordinating a variety of program information and metrics, and ensuring ongoing accuracy of same
- Maintaining regional eHealth solution and program roadmaps and coordinating ongoing program development and relevant continuous improvement processes
- Ensuring all documentation follows appropriate standards, is updated as required, version controlled and loaded onto central program sites
- Following up on team member commitments and proactively identifying risks
- Assisting with program budgets, tracking against actual costs and resolving discrepancies
- Managing small work packages as required
- Following standard program delivery and service management methodologies
- Coordinating with the team members to ensure adherence to timelines, budget and program requirements
- Monitoring specific deliverables and timelines, communicating as an integral member of the team, and coordinating issues and risk management as assigned
- Supporting the execution and management of solution testing and conformance evaluation
- Assisting with responses to stakeholder inquiries and coordinating action plans as required
- Coordinating the activities of the program with interrelated activities of other programs, departments or organizations to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures and legislation
- Collaborating on the development of communication and promotional strategies and materials for distribution via newsletters, brochures, websites and other mediaThis position is eligible for a hybrid remote work arrangement, in accordance with HHS’ Remote Work PolicyQualifications1. 5+ years of related work experience managing and coordinating multiple projects2. University or College degree in a related field3. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred4. Ability to work independently and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner5. Superior verbal/written skills, as well as public relation, communication and interpersonal skills6. Strong organizational and planning skills and attention to detail7. Ability to determine priorities, be self-directed and work with minimal supervision8. Ability to multi-task, manage tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
9. Professional and responsible with sensitive and confidential issues/information
10. Creative problem solving skills11. Familiarity with MS Office and Project, Sharepoint, Portfolio Management (Eclipse an asset)12. Demonstrated experience managing across full solution development lifecycle13. Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills14. Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal stakeholders15. Knowledge or experience of the Health Sector and/or government is an asset
16. Basic knowledge of finance, accounting principles and practices
17. Access to a personal vehicle and a valid Ontario drivers license
