- Prepare and manage hardware invoicing and monthly recurring revenue billing processes.
- Oversee accounts receivable operations and provide support with accounts payable tasks.
- Create and process purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct ongoing cost analysis to aid in financial decision-making and budgeting.
- Contribute to quarter-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Maintain and update core billing and financial tracking spreadsheets.
- Perform general bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks Online.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline financial workflows and improve accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reconciliations, and data tracking.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and financial management.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proven experience in billing operations, preferably in telecom or recurring-revenue environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to managing tasks.
- Experience with hardware and recurring billing models is an asset.
