- Develop and lead the global insights strategy, covering consumer, category, market, and competitor analysis across retail, DTC, and digital channels.
- Translate quantitative and qualitative research into strategic insights that drive brand positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing effectiveness.
- Oversee custom research initiatives, including brand health tracking, consumer segmentation, usage & attitude studies, creative testing, and shopper research.
- Partner with Performance Marketing to assess campaign effectiveness, brand lift, and creative impact across media platforms.
- Leverage advanced AI-powered research and analytics tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Suzy, SurveyAI) to uncover deep consumer insights, automate data synthesis, and enhance strategic recommendations.
- Deliver recurring dashboards and reports for senior leadership to track and monitor brand performance, consumer trends, and category shifts.
- Manage syndicated data platforms including NielsenIQ, Numerator, and Spins, serving as lead liaison for external research and analytics vendors.
- Collaborate with Brand Directors, Creative leadership, and Sales to embed insights into annual planning, GTM strategies, and content development.
- Present insights to internal stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner, influencing key business decisions.
- 5-10 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or marketing analytics within CPG, wellness, nutrition, or performance-based consumer industries.
- Proven track record of using insights to influence brand, campaign, and commercial decisions across omnichannel environments.
- Deep experience with a range of research methodologies and syndicated data tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing external research vendors and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven experience using BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik; and cloud-based data platforms including Azure Fabric, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Suzy, and other generative or agile research systems to accelerate testing, insight generation, and creative validation.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, CommerceIQ, Klaviyo, and Iovate's broader Martech stack to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Strong working knowledge of syndicated data systems such as NielsenIQ, Numerator, and Spins to extract strategic intelligence for brand and category planning.
