- This is a full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours
- Editing correspondence and documents
- Creating and maintaining accurate client files
- Ensuring proper follow-up is completed on items arising from meetings and conversations
- Assisting clients with project design coordination and material needs via phone, email, or in-person
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about products; features, benefits, prices, and as solutions to problems
- Collaborating with team to develop and implement customer relation initiatives
- Holding safety, efficiency, and effectiveness at the highest regard
- 2+ years of previous administrative, customer service, or related experience
- Highly adaptable, organized, detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with client files at a large volume, accurately
- The capacity to learn a variety of in-house programs and software
- High energy with strong communication skills to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
- Strong professional image, high level of integrity and self-confidence
- Capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines
- A passion for problem solving
- Must be competent in MS Office Suite
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or administration
- Construction background
