Our company’s success is driven by our dynamic, highly-skilled and innovative management team, supported by dedicated employees who live in coastal communities and contribute to the local area’s economy and sense of community.The RoleAs a result of our robust growth, we are seeking an Yard Crew Lead Hand to join our Production and Yard Crew team in our St. George location. Work is continental day shift (4 days on and 2 days off), the hours are 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and report to the Yard Crew Manager.Skills, Qualifications & Attributes required:
  • Strong focus to detail.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Forklift and Manitou license.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Works well in a high demanding, deadline driven environment.
  • Adhere to and promote all QA and Health and Safety regulations.
  • Respectful to other employees at all times.
  • Respectful of the Company and its mission and values.
Job Duties:
  • Shoveling / chopping ice.
  • Loading / offloading ice.
  • Scanning.
  • Cleaning yard / shoveling snow.
  • Pallet repairs.
