Providing high‑quality customer service to WL customers by responding to enquiries and supporting Stores services * Receiving, unpacking, identifying, and storing incoming materials, equipment, and supplies
- Issuing requisitioned materials, equipment, and supplies using electronic inventory and procurement systems
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels, conducting physical inventories and cycle counts, and reviewing reorder points
- Preparing, packaging, and arranging materials and equipment for onsite delivery or offsite shipment
- Operating forklifts, material handling equipment, and other tools associated with Stores and warehouse operations
- Supporting shipping, receiving, mail delivery, and drinking water distribution according to established schedules
- Relocating, sorting, and storing surplus materials as directed
- Operating automated procurement systems and maintaining accurate electronic records, reports, and documentation
- Working safely and efficiently, maintaining good housekeeping standards, and following all health and safety procedures

- Security Clearance Eligibility Required
- Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat's “Standard on Security Screening” and the “Policy on Government Security.”
- This position is part of the IA Machinists 608 Union and is governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the IA Machinists 608 Union Collective Agreement.
