Description :The Royalmount Warehouse Manager directs all activities related to inbound, outbound and in-house inventory movement at the Royalmount site.The Royalmount Warehouse Manager is responsible for the receiving, shipping and replenishment of in-house and subcontracted raw materials and packaging components.He provides the planning, support and guidance necessary to ensure that warehouse operations meet supply demand for the manufacturing plant and packaging sector.In addition, he ensures the proper management of receiving, shipping and warehousing activities, including analysis of warehouse capacity and each of these activities.In terms of subcontracting, the Warehouse Manager provides tactical and strategic support to the team's operations in order to optimize all aspects of subcontracting.Responsibilities :
  • Management and planning of resources and equipment.
  • Optimization and monitoring of warehouse performance (all business areas).
  • Analysis and accuracy of warehouse inventory and capacity.
  • Compliance with health and safety policies and continuous improvement in HSE.
  • Establish and monitor annual budget.
  • Implementation and monitoring of performance indicators.
  • Follow-up of quality investigations and destruction.
  • Manage the use of external warehousing.
  • Compliance with GMP standards during storage and handling.
  • Demand analysis and support for strategic planners.
  • Participate in regulatory and customer audits.
70% Office environnement30% Warehouse, Warehouse travel * All other responsibilities related to performance optimization and continuous improvement of warehouse services.Skills, knowledge and abilities :
  • Knowledge of the SAP computer environment and the Microsoft suite, including advanced Excel

Education : BachelorExperience : 6 years: of experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical field.
