- Demonstrating a good basic understanding of economic, finance, and accounting principles and effectively applying such knowledge to client engagements
- Assisting in the delivery ofDelivering quality services and work products in a timely and responsive manner
- Thoroughly and accurately analyzing factual and financial information to generate insights
- Demonstrating versatility and adaptability to various management styles and different types of projects
- Assisting and overseeing in the preparation of high quality, practical approaches to the client's economic situation and arriving at logical conclusions
- Presenting the results of your work to small groups of colleagues or client personnel
- Conducting researchOverseeing on and reviewing comparable transactions research for companies in support of preparing documentation, including for advanced pricing arrangements, audit defence materials, and for planning purposes
- Performing and reviewing industry, company and other research as needed
- Participating in and contribute to achieving team goals
- Delegating and overseeing some work performed by onshore and offshore junior team members
- An undergraduate degree in economics, accounting, finance, business or a related field, or a professional designation
- Prior work experience in a professional environment for at least three years
- Experience in transfer pricing would be an asset
- The ability to thrive within a fast-paced, professional services environment requiring multi-tasking and frequent collaboration with colleagues and clients
- The capacity to quickly understand fast-moving situations
- The ability to lead a team and manage budgets effectively, with some oversight
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English. Fluent French speaking is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
