We can’t wait to welcome you!The RoleOur Bilingual Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional service in both French and English to our customers when receiving phone calls regarding their hotel reservation needs at any of our 24 hotels brands around the world. This includes reservations, modifications, cancellations and general information calls. The role will also include taking inbound calls pertaining to the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program and assisting members with any inquiries.What you'll do
  • Respond to inbound customer calls and utilize sales and service techniques to sell and promote Wyndham products and services as required.
  • Respond to Wyndham Rewards member calls answering questions and resolving issues accurately and efficiently. You may need to make outbound calls to research issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of current reservation policies and procedures.
  • Achieve and maintain centre performance objectives of productivity, quality, efficiency and teamwork.

  • General knowledge of geography.
  • The ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
Required Qualifications/Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication in both English and French.
  • One (1) year of customer service experience.
  • Basic computer skills are considered an asset in the role including knowledge of email or outlook, internet researching, and multitasking using multiple screens and applications.
