
Business Development Executive

- Building relationships with vendor partners and growing the business by market share.
- Act as the primary liaison between vendors and internal sales teams, ensuring clear communication of vendor programs, incentives, and product updates.
- Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and explore new opportunities.
- Support vendor onboarding and integration processes, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with internal systems and processes.
- Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
- Must be okay to travel 25% within the West Coast of Canada.
- College diploma or degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales or direct sales.
- Technology experience or channel experience is ideal.
- Must have excellent sales, relationship-building, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust.
- Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule as needed.
- Recognized subject matter expert with specialized knowledge in the function.
- Experience with MS Office Suite is required.
- Provides solutions to a variety of advanced, complex technical projects or business issues.
