- Provide world-class customer service to our clients via phone, live chat, and email
- Resolve client inquiries with a first contact resolution and a sense of urgency
- Support clients through facilitating retail and e-commerce orders, returns, and more
- Provide clients with exceptional solutions, product knowledge, and styling
- Learn to navigate and multi-task various systems
- Develop and manage strong customer relationships through outstanding and consistent customer experiences
- Meet and exceed productivity by exemplifying strong KPIs on various channels and skill sets
- Maintain attendance and availability requirements
- A commitment to complete training and adaptability to learning new applications and systems
- A strong ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English
- Secondary languages are considered an asset

- Call center, contact center and/or customer service experience is considered an asset
- An ability to be seated at a desk for up to 8 hours/day
- Available for 40 hours of each of your first two weeks for training (Morning and Evening training sessions may be available to select from)
- Full-time availability is 32-40 hours per week (Preferred)
- Part-time availability is a minimum of 24 hours per week
- All shifts are 8.5 hours in length and fall within operating hours of 6 am - 10 pm your local time, Monday - Sunday
- During our peak sales events that occur in November/December and June/July, Concierge Advisors may increase their availability
- No extended time off request will be approved over peak sales events
