THE OPPORTUNITYAs a member of the Concierge Division (Customer Care/Contact Centre), you will be part of the team responsible for providing everyday luxury experiences to our clients, across phone, live chat, and email. As a Concierge Advisor, you will resolve client inquiries by delivering world-class sales, solutions, and service excellence to exceed client expectations and maximize value in every interaction.   • Provide world-class customer service to our clients via phone, live chat, and email
  • Resolve client inquiries with a first contact resolution and a sense of urgency
  • Support clients through facilitating retail and e-commerce orders, returns, and more
  • Provide clients with exceptional solutions, product knowledge, and styling
  • Learn to navigate and multi-task various systems
  • Develop and manage strong customer relationships through outstanding and consistent customer experiences
  • Meet and exceed productivity by exemplifying strong KPIs on various channels and skill sets
  • Maintain attendance and availability requirements
THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Concierge Advisor has:
  • A commitment to complete training and adaptability to learning new applications and systems
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English
  • Secondary languages are considered an asset
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and building client relationships
  • A commitment to quality results, resourcefulness, and solution-oriented customer service
  • An ability to prioritize and time-manage
  • An optimistic and positive personality - coachable, adaptable, and responsible

  • Call center, contact center and/or customer service experience is considered an asset
  • An ability to be seated at a desk for up to 8 hours/day
THE HOURSAs a Concierge Advisor, you should be comfortable with the following:
  • Available for 40 hours of each of your first two weeks for training (Morning and Evening training sessions may be available to select from)
  • Full-time availability is 32-40 hours per week (Preferred)
  • Part-time availability is a minimum of 24 hours per week
  • All shifts are 8.5 hours in length and fall within operating hours of 6 am - 10 pm your local time, Monday - Sunday
  • During our peak sales events that occur in November/December and June/July, Concierge Advisors may increase their availability
  • No extended time off request will be approved over peak sales events
  • Open availability is preferred
