- Develop and execute business development strategies to secure third-party CM assignments across ICI, residential, and takeover/defaulted projects.
- Leverage an existing network of industry contacts to immediately identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Represent DCON in the market with professionalism, integrity, and a strategic outlook.
- Set up internal corporate systems and protocols to support scalable growth.
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of professionals to support BD efforts and project acquisition.
- Demonstrated leadership in a similar senior BD role.
- Deep market knowledge and established relationships across the GTA and beyond.
- Proven ability to win work and drive top-line revenue.
- Strong operational and corporate leadership skills.
- Must have experience in all forms of CCDC Contracts
