We are looking for a warm, nurturing, reliable, and energetic nanny to care for our two daughters (a 13-month-old and a 3-year-old) in our home in Burlington, starting in November 2025 when I return to work. SCHEDULE/HOURS: At this time, I am looking for a nanny to care for my girls Monday to Thursday from 9:30am to 3:30pm. However, my job is flexible so this can be negotiable and a slightly different schedule may work. In addition, there may be days where I have an important meeting scheduled for after 3:30pm, or days where I need to go into the office so in those cases I may need longer care (but I would typically know at least a few days in advance). I will be working from home in our basement office. My job is fully remote so I am home 99% of the time with exception to team office days which are once every 6 weeks, and I also need to leave the house to conduct ~10 building inspections per year. OUR FAMILY: We are a natural-minded family who values fresh air, healthy whole foods, and a screen-free childhood. Our two girls are easygoing, well-behaved, and a joy to spend time with - no special needs, just happy, curious kids who love to play and explore. We live in a quiet neighbourhood in Burlington and we have a large fully fenced backyard as well as a play area in the basement. There are numerous parks within walking distance. As mentioned I have a private office in the basement so I will be out of view but will come up and interact with the girls throughout the day. We are a very natural minded so understanding this and sharing the same values is a bonus (kids eating healthy foods, non toxic personal care products and no fragrances/perfumes, etc). We would also kindly ask the care provider to please not wear an apple watch.
