- You have 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, executive search, headhunting, or agency recruitment.
- Proven success recruiting for sales or other revenue-driving roles.
- Strong market mapping, passive sourcing, and talent engagement skills.
- Experience creating and executing candidate engagement campaigns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency with sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), CRM systems, and ATS tools—bonus if you’ve worked with AI-powered recruiting tools.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies as they relate to sourcing.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive talent for key roles
- Build and manage long-term talent pipelines aligned to strategic hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and TA team to align on candidate profiles and sourcing priorities.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive engagement and communication.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to inform hiring decisions.
- Support employment branding initiatives in partnership with Marketing and TA colleagues.
- Tailor messaging to different candidate personas, showcasing why Westland is an employer of choice.
- Help shape and scale the sourcing function to support future workforce planning.
