- Analyze tender documents (RFQs/RFPs) to extract, structure, and synthesize the required technical information.
- Prepare and update schedules, deliverable matrices, and compliance lists, ensuring rigorous document organization.
- Organize and facilitate kick-off, coordination, and technical review meetings to gather and validate information from subject-matter experts.
- Draft, review, and update editorial grids, technical content, and structured documents, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Identify key contributors and coordinate the collection of technical information, monitoring progress and task completion.
- Conduct interviews with project teams to adapt CVs, experience descriptions, and technical information to proposal requirements.
- Collaborate with content specialists to ensure the technical accuracy of all produced documents.
- Contribute to document layout and visual presentation in collaboration with graphic designers to enhance technical readability.
- Participate in the development of key messages and draft coherent, persuasive technical content in compliance with RFP requirements.
- Contribute to presentation materials (written/oral) used in workshops and meetings with partners and clients.
- Participate in internal committees aimed at developing and improving methodological tools related to technical writing.
- Required Experience
- 12 to 23 months of relevant experience in proposal writing within the construction and civil engineering project sector, including technical content writing and the ability to analyze specifications and translate them into technical requirements.
- University degree in Literature, Languages, or any other relevant field.
- Required Skills :
- Advanced proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Suite, InDesign, SharePoint, Salesforce, ProCore, Power BI, Visio).
- Experience in preparing RFQs/RFPs and analyzing technical documentation.
- Experience collaborating with international teams and consortia, in French and English.
- Ability to draft, summarize, and update technical content for public and private sector clients.
- Ability to manage multiple complex files and meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership skills in coordinating technical contributors.
- Strong analytical, compliance, simplification, and writing skills.
- Use of AI tools to optimize document production.
- Employment Conditions
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
