✔️ Lead equipment installs & upgrades
✔️ Troubleshoot and resolve technical failures
✔️ Drive continuous improvement & reliability
✔️ Support production with your engineering expertise
✔️ Collaborate across Maintenance, Quality & OEMs📌 What You Bring:
🎓 Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial)
⚙️ 3+ years in manufacturing (flexible packaging a big plus!)
🤖 Hands-on skills with presses, laminators, slitters & PLCs
