
Inventory Control Clerk

- Protection of warehouse inventory, both physical and in system, leading to a goal of $0 inventory loss
- Maintain adequate inventory levels at all times to ensure field sales and operations needs.
- Coordinating with managers for the timely procurement and channelized distribution of inventory
- Monitoring and optimizing the inventory turnover ratio.
- Staging or overseeing the staging of daily equipment for installations
- Overseeing or carrying out the Loading and unloading of inventory
- Ensure all inventory information is entered into inventory tracking program.
- Compile and complete purchase orders for new inventory.
- Ensure scanning of all inventories both into, and out of, the warehouse
- Act as contact person for inbound warehouse requests from external departments.
- Offer timely follow up and resolution to customers, contractors, and external departments inquires!
- Perform Physical inventory and Cycle counts and reconcile to systems provide reporting as required.

- Previous warehouse and logistics experience
- Must possess excellent mathematical and analytical skill sets
- Excellent team player and self-motivator
- Proven written and verbal communication skills and negotiation skills.

- Customer focused, skilled at interacting with both internal and external customers.
- Exceptional organizational skills

- Computer proficient (MS suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Inventory Management System)
- Related industry experience would be an asset.
- Ability to multi-task
- Required to lift and maneuver supplies up to 75 lbs and over with the assistance of material handling equipment.
- Must have a valid class G driver’s license.
